1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Return Approval Required

Returns are only accepted after approval.

To request a return, please email:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video (if item is damaged)
  • Full name and shipping address

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted


3. Return Shipping Costs

We do NOT offer free returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

4. Return Address

Do NOT return items to the sender

Approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse (may be overseas)

The correct return address will be provided after approval


5. Condition of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • Items show signs of use
  • Items are damaged by the customer
  • Return conditions are not met

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence

We will offer a replacement or refund if applicable


7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

After this time:

  • Orders may already be processed
  • Cancellation is not guaranteed

If the order has already been shipped:
You must wait for delivery and follow the return process


9. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks
  • Provide evidence including:
    • Tracking information
    • Delivery confirmation
    • Customer communication
