1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Jetnora offers free shipping on all orders worldwide.
There is no minimum order value required.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

All orders are delivered within an estimated timeframe of:

8–12 business days worldwide

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • customs processing
  • carrier delays
  • peak periods
  • external logistical factors beyond our control

Jetnora is not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping on all orders

⚠️ Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

6. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses.

As a result:

  • items may arrive separately
  • delivery times may vary per item

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, regardless of processing or shipping status.

After this time:

  • orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment
  • cancellation is not guaranteed

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the customer must follow the return procedure after delivery.


8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Jetnora is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


9. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier:

  • the risk of loss transfers to the customer
  • Jetnora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
  • Jetnora is not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen

We will assist where possible, but final resolution depends on the carrier.
